Because meeting in person is a bit more difficult given the social distancing required by COVID-19, we do offer video conferencing with Denver Bankruptcy attorney David Serafin. Our up to date technology allows us to work remotely and still conduct highly productive meetings.

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado remains open. The vast majority of Bankruptcy hearings are now being conducted by phone during the stay in place order.
